Las brisas is a family farm, currently run by its third generation of coffee farmers. By utilising their inherited knowledge, combined with the forward thinking outlook of the newest generation. Their new methods for classifying and fermenting coffee cherries have given rise to the coffee’s indulgent honey flavour, while reducing water usage, thus promoting a more sustainable farming practice to benefit generations to come.
Las Brisas is part of the Green Collection, a partnership that supports a delicate approach to sourcing coffee. Presenting only the highest quality micro-lots, they ensure that all their coffee is traceable from farm to cup. This unique level of involvement gives the special experience of tasting the individual profiles, harvested from a single Colombian farm.
