Using water as opposed to chemicals, the Swiss Water Process removes caffeine making the beans 99.9% caffeine free (nearly 100%!) while maintaining the unique origin flavour, body and aroma characteristics. The best of the bean remains while only the caffeine is removed. This example is organic and part of the Fair Trade agreements and has excellent acidity and can be used in all brewing equipment.
