Jhoan, like many of his peers is a very passionate producer. Operating his own farm together with his wife Rudi. Like many of the new generation of producers, embracing new production and fermentation techniques he is producing excellent coffees. This coffee is fermented for 80hrs and is organically certified.
This is another great coffee from our friends at the Green Collection that work directly with farmers in the Tolima district, a very isolated coffee growing region. They represent 48 small holdings from the area and we have had several of there coffees from different farmers and all have been amazing.
