Our Fairtrade Organic Blend is a gorgeous medium roast, with hints of acidity and a dynamic combination of earthy and caramel flavours.
Made up of two organically grown and Fairtrade accredited coffees coming from Honduras and Peru (CAC La Florida). Although it is a medium roast it has a good strength with earthy notes making it a ‘punchy’ coffee.
The beans we use are Organic certified, meaning there are no nasty chemicals used at any stage in the production process; helping protect both, people, and planet.
Tastes of caramel appear through espresso machines and hints of acidity come into play with longer brewing methods such as the Aeropress.
