The taste of your morning brew, whether you’re using a pour over or full immersion methods, will not only be determined by the quality of the coffee you use but also by the recipe and technique.
In this tailored workshop, we will focus on improving your daily brew and optimising the product that everyone in production has worked so hard to create, starting with a formal cupping process. To achieve this, we use simple yet rewarding brew methods including the V60, Cafetiere, and Aeropress. We also encourage and aim to answer any related questions, from green bean to brewed coffee. The sessions are small (4 people maximum) to achieve this aim and allow conversation amongst the whole group.
