Tolima is among one of the most isolated coffee growing regions within Colombia, there is an amazing micro climate helping to produce wonderful Micro-lots.
High up, with super enriched volcanic soil, environmentally and sustainably grown, the beans develop slowly producing a high density bean and wonderfully full bodied coffee. This coffee is from one of many small holdings in the area which is populated largely with indigenous people from the Paez tribe, talented farmers producing great coffee.
