Our Signature Sunset Espresso blends beans from Honduras and Brazil, resulting in a great all rounder espresso. Great on its own or with milk.

Honduras-  La Paz, Marcela

We use beans from La Paz, Marcela, the farm produces what are known as ‘Strictly High Grown’ beans. Strictly High Grown (abbreviated to SHG in the industry) specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude around 1350 meters. Coffee grown at a higher altitude and lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean; which creates a more desirable specialty cup!  The farm’s ‘European Preparation’ methods ensure that the raw beans are all hand sorted to remove any defective beans and foreign material. Making sure only the best of the best end up in your brew!

Brazil – Ipanema Estate

Originally established in 1969, Ipanema coffees are a unique specialty coffee producing company.  They focus on  industrial innovation and building long-term relationships with the local community. The company owns three farms in Brazil (Fazenda Conquista, Fazenda Rio Verde, and Fazenda Capoeirinha) which have received countless certificates and awards for their commitment to product quality.

The washed Reserve Harvest Selection we receive from these farms is one of the best beans to come from Brazil. The combination of these two beans work to create the gorgeous clean finish that comes with a cup of Sunset Espresso.
