I’ve gradually worked my way through all the other excellent regular coffee blends from Stewarts, and return to this time after time. Medium bodied, very smooth, a bit of caramel and a bit of fresh citrus but overall the smoothness is the key for me. I grind my own beans and use an Aeropress with the water at 80 degrees (you can buy kettles with temperature selection, ours is Bosch). Highly recommended. I’m about to try the Columbian special on this order.
